Eastbound ethanol for the CSX heads south on the IHB through the western suburbs of Chicago.

DM&E 6068 and 6054 grind their way up Short Line Hill under 7th Street West (Fort Road).

This eastbound train is coming into Davis Junction as it is about to roll under IL Rt 72.

Train 272 rolls east towards Chicago through rural Illinois as they pass one of the small farms that dot the countryside.

A late-running 271 passes the cottages along the Mississippi River as it heads north on the CP River Subdivision.
