CP/UP transfer heads to Western Ave
A rebuilt former SOO SD60 leads a train toward the city.
On the last day of my Pennsylvania railfanning trip, I guess CSX wanted to remind me of back home, sending K635 with this Canadian Pacific duo.
In numerical order, the 6243 and 6242 lead an empty potash train for Moose Jaw, SK by the big red barn in Logan.
Two fresh rebuilds from the CP lead an empty potash train through the small hamlet of Velva. It's obvious that the first day of Fall is just around the corner!
Still shiny and clean, rebuilt SOO SD60 #6043 continues her career as Canadian Pacific 6243. Though I'd love to see these SD60s retain their SOO paint, I do appreciate that they are being kept aro... (more)
