A 2 1/2 hour late Amtrak Empire Builder Train #7 cruises through Picnic Point Park as the train continues to salvage some lost time. The lead unit has a 'white scar' on front of the engine.

The Silver Meteor slides into Winter Park on a warm afternoon. With Sunrail coming this station has been demolished and rebuilt with platforms on either side and none in the center.
Another shot that's been done before, but something I just had to see for myself: an on time Empire Builder crosses the Java Creek Trestle east of Essex, MT under clear skies.
