With the Melbourne CBD to the left background, the Dandenong Ranges in the middle and a very tall flagpole to the right, hired SCT G class G533 and former Queensland Rail narrow gauge 2819 leave the city behind them as they head QRN's 7MA6 freight through Hoppers Crossing towards Adelaide on a sunny Saturday afternoon.

Possibly with similar equipment to the US SD70MAC, EDI built SCT005 and SCT010 lead older C503 and recently built RL304 at the end of their transcontinental journey from Perth to Laverton, near Melbourne with SCT 4PM9 service early on the last day of January 2009. The C and RL were on transfer to Melbourne.
