NS Bellevue yard wouldn't take them, so the Wheeling transfer train is tied down on the interchange and the crew on their rest waiting for Bellevue yard to handle them while my Subaru waits also.

A NS manifest works its way though Bellevue to head south on the Sandusky District past a set of signals on the former Pennsy (sold to N&W in 1964) while the former NKP heads west to the left.
