The daily 277 train struggles up and out of New Ulm, Minnesota. The four SD40-2's made quite a racket while doing their job. Here they are running through an intersection near the 3M Plant.

After finishing up a 4 train meet back in town, a very rare(for the area) FXE GEVO has its crude oil train in a race against a motorcycle on the adjacent highway 55 outside of Hoffman, Minnesota.

The first time I have ever seen a FXE unit in these parts. Here, a GEVO leads a UP SD90MAC around a curve east of Barrett, MN.

A pair of Cat geeps creep past a cut of cars in the siding at Wegdahl, MN. A couple houses and a decrepit elevator are all that can be found here, apart from an occasional TC&W train.
