A (just recently) empty crude ore train prepares to set off a b/o car at Fairlane before proceeding over to Largo for another load.

The power for an afternoon T-Bird has just ran around it's empties after arriving from Fairlane. They'll now pull them down to Largo before shoving into the Thunderbird Mine for loading.

BLE 904 and CN 5563 roll down to South Keenan where they will shove their train into Keenan Yard.

The Keenan Switch pulls down to the Mt. Iron Yard to drop off and pick up a few log cars.

The afternoon Keenan Switch makes it's way to Minorca with 48 limestone loads on a fantastic evening.

Late in the evening, BLE 908, 901, and 904 pull a string of 105 empties across the bridge in Harmarville, PA, while bein bathed in sweet evening light.

Three orange tunnel motors lug a hefty loaded ore train out of the Conneaut Creek Valley. It wasn't until this experience that I learned the real meaning of "eight n' sand!"

We went out looking for Aurora Borealis but only found this southbound Bessemer train.
