When you think Feather River Canyon you think of 4 WP U-boats on this trestle, not two P42's and 12 cars! Amtrak #5 has detoured once again due to Donner tie-work, and is on the famous Keddie Wye.
Winding through some scenery just a little track North of the Keddie wye. Those DPU's and well the train length make this shot even better.
Due to a work window on Donner Pass, Amtrak's California Zephyr detoured over the old WP through Nevada and into California. Passing Keddie, #5 is heading out onto Spanish Creek Trestle.
