The LIRC transfer job picks up from the NS interchange and prepares to head back to Jeff Yard. Louisville's Riverwalk, visible at right, runs between NS and the Ohio River at this location.

I was able to catch this one just as the sun was going in behind some clouds. These brutish looking switch engines sound as good as they look.
