A couple of Conrail C39-8's along with a SD40-2 lead a CSX southbound by the Kentucky Railway Museum. Conrail C39-8 6008 would eventually be owned by CSX as their 7483 before being retired.

A freshly painted unit leads Q698 from Cincinatti-Hamlet. I don't really like the YN3 scheme, but it looks sharp on freshly painted standard cab GE's.

NS eastbound 202 powered by an elderly C39-8 which was running out its last miles.

NS 185 heads west between Shawsville and Montgomery Tunnel. Second unit is NS 8489, an ex-Conrail C36-7. These units didn't last long on NS.
