Rain and sunny weather sends the flanger back to Colfax until called back to duty.

Eastbound train about to enter Shed 10 through a snowy terrain. All of todays pictures were very difficult, a long hike uphill in fresh snow.

Streching accross the approach, over the bridge, and through the tunnel....the 5816 peaks out of the east end of Shed 10.

We waited for three hours on this hillside overlooking Shed 10 on Donner Pass before any trains arrived.
