Finally got a good shot of the 714, my favorite locomotive, in the database; today pulling along some special passengers. :) My main interest is passenger trains, what a nice combination.

I've wanted this "surrounded by water" shot since I first heard about this locomotive coming back out. I wish I could bottle the FL weather this day, perfect doesn't begin to describe it.

After overnighting in Fort Pierce, FEC office cars head south to Miami. RARE opportunity to see them without the deep well generator!!

FEC 714 leads the Azalea and St. Augustine through Bunnell on a cool 70 degree morning. The special train ran without a generator car in the consist first time I have observed that.
