I had to change my plans of how to shot this train. When the Utah Railway RUT311 wyed their train at Grant Tower, and backed down the RG runner to get to the Flying J refinery.

With the Utah Railway RUT311 local having just passed on the west rail. UP 4904 leads the LUE46 in. Quite the local it is tonight. Tonight's addition consist of 86 cars.

Union Pacific 4534, and 4904, are nearing the end of their run, as they back in downtown Salt Lake City. They have been out working Tooele county, on the Lynndyl Subdivision on the LUE46 local.

Utah Railway 9006 descends Gilluly with a loaded coal train. Seeing the F45 in the head end consist was a bit rare. It spent most of it's day sandwiched in the helper set. (Tom Ellis photo).
