A real surprise to see a PA on a freight at Port Jervis, they usually stayed on the west end of the EL.

The two SD45s were brand new and on one of their first runs judging from their appearance.

Train is westbound. I loved the Waverly/Sayre area, great action with EL and LV crossing and semaphores on the EL made great photo props.

Two E8 units are ready to depart with tr. 6, LAKE CITIES. The lead unit is a former DL&W unit and the trailing E8, 830, belonged to the Erie.
