Great place for early morning roster shots, I was tailed by a rent-a-guard but was not on CSX property. We exchanged nods and all was well.
This may have been the first unit repainted in to the PAL scheme.
Still has the old single bulb headlight. Nee PRR, ex-PC.
No doubt about the bloodlines of this one. CRRs version of the model had extended range dynamic brakes whereas the SCL units did not, if you don't have the nice lettering.

Frisco built a showplace of a yard for the Memphis area literally in the middle of nowhere. It was a great place to railfan. Needless to say we gave it a hour or so and moved on!
