Here, we see W&W 58 fighting the grade into Wooddale, Delaware. This cut is basically a tunnel without a roof and is a very tight fit. Hopefully they don't have to butter up the train.
I never made it to Cheyenne WO to see the Big Boy in it's lair. But I think this is something like what I would have found after a new snow storm in January 1958.
