CSX detour Q119 is on the old Nickel Plate westbound. The detours where due to the derailment of Q380-09 on 10-10-07 at Painesville Ohio.
This coal train has been emptied out and doubled by a yard crew and will await a crew to take it back from Ashtabula to get loaded.
