N859 sits dead outside of Collinwood Yard awaiting a crew to get it started on its journey back west to the Powder River Basin

CSX detour Q119 is on the old Nickel Plate westbound. The detours where due to the derailment of Q380-09 on 10-10-07 at Painesville Ohio.

This coal train has been emptied out and doubled by a yard crew and will await a crew to take it back from Ashtabula to get loaded.
