Coal train snakes its way towards Denver
After a quiet morning on the Moffat Sub, an eastbound coal train skirts the Colorado River, passing through Tunnel 40 in this rugged stretch of railroad.
UPY 625 belches smoke as it works to pull cars out for sorting in the UP North Yard.

A coal train loaded west of Steamboat Springs on the Craig Branch rolls through Byers Canyon alongside beside the Colorado River as it approaches Hot Sulfur Springs on its eastward journey.
