An hour and twenty minutes late is right on time for me. The Westbound Cardinal heads downgrade at Hilldale in the late evening.
Heavy rain, and mudslides forced CSX to shutdown their number 2 mainline between Cotton Hill and Sewell, and allowed a semi-lucky photographer to catch an Eastbound move across the bridge at Hawks... (more)

Q302 winds its way down the grade at Moss Run. Heavy rain interacting with the snow kept the fog around most of the day.
