On a very nice first of September NS 951 rolls along Turtle Creek and past Pitcairn yard, with a stop at Conway in the near future.
A returning OCS deadhead move meets the research train at CP 86 in Ravenna, Ohio. The test train, running as a BR61, would follow the OCS and a mail train east to Alliance.
Moving right along at a good 50 MPH and in run 8, the NS F units parallel the Metra Electric and South Shore Electric Districts, just south of Hyde Park.
