Loaded ore passes the signal bridges at Rural Ridge. This railroad still has some character - not as much as years past, but there are lots of details still remaining.

Its a beautiful day for railfanning in North Bessemer! The Bessemer has just pulled in with a heavy train of iron ore pellets as the Union railroad awaits departure.
The BLE northbound train slowly pulls along the river and into the ore dock at Conneaut. Before we know it, IC black power will be pulling these trains and the BLE tunnel motors will be gone.
BLE 902 is about a half mile away from the end of its journey at the P&C Dock.
