Not many log trains these days, this was one of the last and now it too is gone. A Clarkia turn on the St. Maries. The geeps, log cars, and the branch itself were all ex-MILW.

A Kennecott ore train heads east from East Ely on the mainline toward Hiline junction and the hiline branch to McGill. All recreated by the Nevada Northern museum of course.

I wonder if the three 2-6-6-2's built for the EFDTC in 1950 were the last articulateds built by Baldwin. I also find it curious that they had American style class lights.
