Niles Canyon Railways, Western Pacific #918-D splits the Southern Pacific semaphores heading east into Sunol with a photographers special.

WP 918-D, an EMD F7A built on January 27th, 1950, leads the 5th-Annual Post-Winterail Photographer's Special through Niles Canyon.

With a blast of the horn and 567 echoing off the canyon walls, WP 918D approaches the curve at Mayborg, grumbling towards the large group of photographers that are lining the track.
