Milby Street used to be one of the top hangouts in Houston. Anything not MP or SP could be found there of the Houston RRs: CRIP, Burlington/BN, ATSF, HB&T.

Back in the transition from MP to UP. These were just recently (at the time) bumped from San Antonio coal train duty and put on Chicago-Houston/DFW Z train dities.
UP SD45 invasion! Several UP SD 45s were sent to Texas during this time along with the ex WP GP40s.
Back then, it was a treat to get these into Houston on the BHZ or unit grain trains.
