Led by a Dash 8 that has seen much better days, NS 218 flies eastbound at track speed past the Duvall Feed and Grain elevator

The fast moving NS 218 works on blowing the rest of the snow off of the tracks, as it approaches the Cooke Rd crossing.

A hawk flies across the tracks, paying no attention to the fast approaching NS 218, kicking up a large cloud of snow.

Passing though Columbus right on time, NS 218 heads by Rohr Rd, eastbound on the Columbus District.

218 heads out of Circleville and works on getting the train up to the 60mph track speed, and passes a cut of grain cars sitting on the center siding.

After being delayed in Columbus for a bit, the UPS train heads back out into the open, eastbound on the Columbus District.

NS 218 rounds the curve and passes the NW CPL and prepares to pound the diamond, as it continues east on the Sandusky District.

NS 218 passes by the already harvested fields, as the trees begin to show some fall color.

NS 218 having went in emergency about a mile away from this location, begins to pick up speed heading east, past the soybean field in the late evening light.
