I wonder if the three 2-6-6-2's built for the EFDTC in 1950 were the last articulateds built by Baldwin. I also find it curious that they had American style class lights.

An eastbound freight has departed Carbon Junction for Chama. The grade east from Carbon Junction was a steady 2 percent for about seven miles to the top of the mesa just west of Falfa.
