With units of the type already being rebuilt fortunately one was "kodachromed" in its original form.

Looking almost new, this "problem child" would become one member of the few GE locomotives extensively rebuilt. I hope there are more in the future.

It's crossing over itself but it's shot from the north face of the tunnel. I like that matched motive power consist.

Coming down the north track, "the short way" this westbound train is approaching Sullivan's Curve.

No information where or when this accident occurred or if the unit was rebuilt. Good bet it became an SF-30C.
