Working on the 663 requires working in spaces with very little room.

Ex KCS 663 is undergoing extensive body work. MMA worker is trying to fabricate a piece of metal to patch the body.

EX KCS 625 is waiting to go into the MMA engine repair facility to have the motor removed and rebuilt.

663 is having extensive body work done on it. As seen in the photo one of the workers is smoothing some new metal by the door. This unit is so long that the door can only be lowered part way.

EX KCS 653 is undergoing extensive body work while waiting for the generator to be rebuilt. This unit will be started up as soon as the generator comes back.

Working on a set of dummy wheels to put under 653 since all the traction motors have been removed for repair. This project is progressing well.

PCRC 663 is being moved into the machine shop where the motor will be removed and rebuilt including a new crankshaft. This unit needs the most work done on it before it will be running.

Ex KCS 663 is in the engine house and is also beginning to under rebuilding for the PCRC

Ex KCS 653 is well on its way of being rebuilt by MMA. It took a wide angle lens to get most of the unit except the very front fits out the door so the door can not be closed.

There is no where else for this Ex KCS unit to go. The track has ended and it just barely fits through the opening leading to the blacksmith shop.
