Who paints BNSF's brand new locomotives coming out of GE's factory in Fort Worth? Chris does. Here he poses in front of a locomotive he'll shortly be painting.

Brand new and right out of the factory, BNSF 8169 sits outside the GE Manufacturing Solutions plant in Fort Worth, Texas, waiting for a go on the test track.

An export unit out on the test track even has the pedestrians taking a look. It is believed this unit is bound for Angola as part of a recent contract for 100 locomotives to be built in Erie.

General Electric test locomotives 6002 and 6000 are out running on the East Erie Commercial Railroad.

NS 8026 and 8025 with GECX 6002 are out testing before delivery.
