A clear late winter day allows a nice view of the Chicago skyline. From right to left are the Willis(Sears) Tower, Standard Oil building, Trump Tower and the Hancock.

This is the fourth freight train out of five I saw in just an hour and a half. When snow hits, operations in the Chicago area slows down and can create a flood of activity!

A Low cold system in its last day of an 8 day grip on Chicago generated some awesome weather. A couple of minutes after I took this shot, there was sun rain!

An unusual sight on the Santa Fe for two reasons-a local is working from the EB main and a UP vehicle train. This is the first time I've seen either!
