A former Alco RS-1 gets ready to enter the CMC Steel facility in Cayce, SC. Meanwhile, a fellow Alco (this one an S-2) as well as an EMD SW900 motor, await their next assigments.

There was a fair amount of luck involved in this shoit. The crew shoved the train back from the NS yard around the wye. Had they not done this, the train would have been backlit.

CMC Steel crew has come out of their facility in a repowered Johnson Railway Alco RS-1. Meanwhile, a CSX crew is almost moving about the yard with a SD40-2 and SD50.

Through dense fog, CSX 606 and a sister unit run light across the Congaree River.
