Steam in it's last days of operation recorded in September 1955 at the CIM yard. The bulk diesel fuel oil tanks had recently been erected nearby. Anscochrone original.
Northwestern Steel and Wire 0-8-0 #74 awaits her fate in a field near Galt, IL in 1985. Ex-GTW 8374, I believe this unit was moved. I don't know the fate of the others.
