Remarks: A "bird's eye" view of the Westbound California Zephyr, behind 305 and 299, and the infant Colorado River exiting Gore Canyon, west of Kremmling, in September 1985. The locomotives are passing the location of a second tunnel, which was apparently removed in less than a day many years ago in between the passing of the morning westbound and evening eastbound Zephyrs.
