WS3 is towing a string of loaded gondola cars from Little Ferry to the west end of the MC Yard in Bogota. These cars will be added to the afternoon SU99 road freight.

WS3 has a trio of SD60s for power. The crew will take the locomotives to the west end of the MC Yard to double onto the SU99 road train.
