An empty coal train destined for the Powder River Basin crosses UP's Fall City Subdivision and passes some classic searchlights on the Creston Sub.
Loaded coal train is given a green signal even tho' it was stopped...and the UP 844 "Shiloh Limited" then comes to a stop just north of the diamond.
UP's mainline is side-by-side with BNSF as they cross the Platte River south of Omaha. The REAL shot is from the river's edge looking north....if you have time to wade out.
