HVSRY's GP 7 get a free ride back to the station. The GP 7 pulls the train west to Logan and the senic railways, GP 10 pulls back east to Nelsonville.

A memory of a lifetime is made today as a kid gets his first cab ride aboard a GP 10. Quite a story for his grandkids 50 years from now.

The snow plow was built by Russell Car & Snow Plow Co. in May of 1946 for the New York Central System as No. 625. With only a dusting of snow on the ground, I don't think it will be used today.
Originally built by EMD for Illinois Central in December 1957 as GP9 No. 9307, this old "geep" has now found a home in OH.
This years Santa Train featured classic EMD power on both ends. Thanks Santa!
