An Acela Express crosses the Mystic River swing bridge.

Acela's meet west of the station. I had seen them do this a few times and planned a shot. And it worked. It's hard to imagine now these will be retired in the years ahead.

American Flyer was the original name planned but got worked to "Acela" They were still somewhat new when I took this photo, now looking at retirement in a few years.
