An empty hopper train has stopped at New Castle yard for a crew change. The 3rd unit is a TORCO SD-35 in Chessie paint. 1994 was a very snowy Winter in the Beaver Valley.
This was one of the last 2 ex B&O GP30's that still were in B&O paint at the time, but the engines had been renumbered from the B&O numbers to CSX numbers.
