B&LE loaded ore train is minute compared to the overall picture!

Plenty of boaters out on the Allegheny enjoying this beautiful day as I enjoy the Bessemer.

A few miles north of the Allegheny river bridge BLE 910 south throttles up with a load of ore in tow for the Union Railroad.

Late in the evening, BLE 908, 901, and 904 pull a string of 105 empties across the bridge in Harmarville, PA, while bein bathed in sweet evening light.

The CN may be in control, but the engines and the bridge still say B&LE. A Tunnelmotor and two SD38's lead a southbound ore train over the Allegheny River on a summer evening.
