In 1995, the rebirth of the old PRR Panhandle was just beginning. The Ohio Central has done a tremendous job of revitalizing this line in the past 13 years.

The B&P was short of power in their earliest days and a borrowed P&S geep has been pressed into yard service at Punxy.
