Train runs from Toronto to Brockville Ontario, and the trains seperate, one to Ottawa, one to Montreal. I believe the reverse to be true (montreal/ottawa to Toronto) This is a daily occurance.. however in the event of problems on a VIA route, they often combine trains when detouring on other lines. I have witnessed this many times.
