The telltale, aside from the number, is the low doors on the hood. I did go to check to make sure, however, gut instinct was right It's a 'GP16', an RS11 repowered by MoPac with a 567. They had Baldwin trucks from the DR4-4-15 Babyfaces and as a result of those hefty, overbuilt Westinghouse traction motors, were real pullers.
