Great capture, Craig! As a retired NS signal maintainer, I know exactly how this scenario starts and plays out. I was (almost always) the one who found the broken rail, and after MofW finished their plug, the last one to leave after I had applied my head bonds. Thanks for the memories that (I'm glad to say) I no longer have to deal with!
