Nice Shot ! I live in Burien , been along the Ruston waterfront many times . Titlow and Chambers Bay Park are Nice places to catch Rail Activity , especially the pedestrian bridge over the tracks at Chambers

Boy has this area changed! I still remember when the smelter was still standing back in the mid-1980's. I thought they daylighted that tunnel.

I remember the Asarco Smelter SES , the road went thru a narrow, wet tunnel ! Now it's full of million dollar plus Condos / Shops and Restaurants , and a nearby Marina and Yacht Club

Wow! Absolutely amazing. From practical superfund site to high end condos! I could be wrong, but I think the area did stay vacant for a long time until the toxic areas could be cleaned.
