Thank you, Nick. You point out something that I am experiencing quite frequently this year: engineers and conductors waving, giving me the thumbs-up, etc. I makes my photo sessions that much more enjoyable (I think my favorite is the horn salute I get from some of the Amtrak engineers as they pass by). :)

Not really a big deal but I figured I'd point out that the person waving is actually the conductor. Some of the older NS units are set up to be ran from the other side of the cab, unlike most other units. Neat shot!

Interesting point you made! Do you think it would hold true for this unit - a "newer" low-nose SD60? I never would have guessed. Thank you for the information.
