Ugh. Another single track "choke point" for intermodal traffic (since these days it's pretty much all going to contain double stacks, which have to use this "bypass" through the Pittsburgh area) on the NS "Penn Line" between Chicago and NYC (i.e., Croxton). And another shining example of why NS has reportedly been "unhappy with the speed" on the "Penn Line."
