There might be four: one person standing by the Starbucks (TM) doors; another person on the right wearing a blue jacket; a third person standing by the cordoned-off area left of the elevator (note the red, yellow, and black or blue "decorations (?)"; and what I think is the fourth person, wearing a blue backpack and dark trousers by what looks to be a pay phone or kiosk of some kind at this photo's left rear section. You're right, this looks like a ghost town compared to the glory days when this place would be crammed with commuters, tourists, and who knows what else. Thanks for sharing this photo with us!
