Posted by Jonathan S. Spurlock on May 10, 2021  Minor correction: this unit looks more like a GP-38-2. Notice the four-axle trucks and the leaf springs between the axles, plus the squarish air filter box behind the cab. This is a great picture and I'm glad you shared it with us!
