I know Weyerhauser ordered 2 of the Alco C415's with the Hi-Ad trucks and tall cab. One went to the Columbia & Cowlitz while the other went to the Curtis, Milburn & Eastern which later became part of the Chehalis Western. The Chehalis Western unit is on static display at a museum in Fife, WA with its prime mover taken out. Weyerhauser also had another C415 on the Columbia & Cowlitz roster with the AAR style trucks and I think it had the tall cab too. All 3 served in Washington State for years.
