No. It is intended to run touristic/museum trains sometimes.

Will SBB be maintaining those big bridges, and the tracks?

Bridge and tracks are owned by a foundation since many years. The SBB has nothing to do with it.

So the foundation has adequate finances to properly maintain that large bridge and the rest of the railway line. That's very impressive. I did follow that railway line on google maps and it appears to connect with other mainline railways at each end.
